Sahara Rodriguez is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Esthetician, Certified Aesthetic Injector, and beauty entrepreneur widely known as The Master Esthetician on Instagram with over 40k followers. Known for her passion and expertise in skin health and aesthetic medicine, she has cultivated a trusted and engaged community by sharing skincare education, treatment insights, and professional guidance in both English and Spanish.

Sahara completed her medical aesthetics curriculum in Denver, CO, and pursued advanced aesthetic training, during which she trained on hundreds of models to deliver safe and exceptional outcomes. Her priorities are safety, sanitation, technique, and evidence-driven care, with a philosophy rooted in skin health over anti-aging. Sahara also holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin—the top accounting program in the nation—and a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Before transitioning into the beauty industry, Sahara spent over a decade at Ernst & Young LLP, as well as in Corporate America and Private Equity, specializing in international tax and transactions, tax strategy, and tax planning.
She quickly rose through the ranks into management, leading cross-functional teams across the U.S., Canada, Argentina and India, and advising some of the world’s most notable companies, including Nike, AT&T, Snapchat, Meta, Cisco, AMD, Kimberly-Clark, and Platinum Equity. She was consistently recognized as a leader who cared about her teams, was accountable for outcomes and delivered the highest quality work. Staff across countries recognized her as a top leader to work with and requests to be on her teams were in high demand.

Today, she blends analytical precision and a high attention to detail with a passion for elevated client care, redefining what luxury, results-driven skincare can look like.
